Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my company. Grawood Commercial Real Estate is a boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm that helps businesses and individual investors with their commercial real estate requirements. Logo needs to stand out, so it will be visible on roadway real estate signs. We are exclusively commercial real estate so no houses in logo. Also, we are multi-disciplined commercial real estate so we'd prefer not to have buildings shown in logo as we also do land deals. I've attached two other logos I've received through Design Crowd to provide some ideas for what I've liked in the past.

Retail tenants needing space, users who want to buy land to build a building to owner-occupy, property owners looking to sell, investment property sales.

Would like the name "Grawood" in logo but open to just having a "G" or other ideas. Commercial Real Estate is good to have in the logo if possible. I'm open.
