Logo Design Brief

I need a primary logo for a new American southern-style breakfast restaurant concept called 'Griddle 'n Grits'. A griddle is the flat cooktop on which you cook pancakes, bacon, eggs, etc. Grits are a popular southern American breakfast side dish. I am open to the color combination being any of those seen in the attached file.
