Logo Design Brief

Our company SPEAR Labs is getting into aftermarket accessories for the Utility Vehicle market also known as Side by Sides. The new part of our company will be called SPEAR UTV. We need a logo that might use our existing company logo, which was designed for us here on Design Crowd, to be part of the new logo. The company logo is not required to be part of the new logo. Let's see what you can come up with. The two images uploaded show our current spear labs logo and a logo of a competitor that may give some ideas.
