Graphic Design Brief

We're preparing a pitch for summer activities for a ski resort. They have a mountain bike park and we're proposing a mountain bike-themed 'Spin to Win' competition for their customers.

We have an existing PSD template that we have used in the past for their winter activities. The 'winter' version of such a campaign can be seen here: https://campaignmanagerapp.com.au/levi/index.html

However, we would like you to create a similar summer version with the spinning wheel resembling a mountain bike wheel.

The output should be a photoshop file (.PSD) with separate layers for each graphical element or 'slice'.
