Logo Design Brief

I am opening a small authentic mexican taco stand in Nagoya Japan, the name of the stand will be "Los Compadres" then in smaller letters to say "mexican tacos".

The image in my head is two guys sitting down on the floor, maybe leaning against the wall, wearing white ponchos or sarape, but not too colorful, and wearing big round sombreros so that you don't see their faces, you only see them sitting down on the floor-
