Logo Design Brief

This is for a real estate company I'm starting. I really like the 22844815 vector pheasant logo you designed. I'm looking for a vector pheasant logo (the bird), I prefer the pheasant not be flying. I'd prefer it to face toward the left, be majority deep blue color and incorporate a gold accent somehow (maybe the eye and/or ring-neck?). Underneath the logo in all caps I'd like it to read (line 1) THE LOVE GROUP (line 2) LAND COMMERCIAL RESIDENTIAL (three words separated by a vertical line or otherwise). I've attached a couple images showing the color scheme (cabinet) and font that I like.
