It is a SINGLE FAMILY HOME community amongst farm land, rolling hills and very close to a small town. The homes are built to last generations. And the community as a whole will be net zero, including it's environmental impact. This community will target upper class individuals that cannot afford a similar home in Washington DC suburbs or Baltimore.
