Logo Design Brief
A new cider company that is based in Ireland, called Fortress wants a logo based on a stylised reworking of a line drawing of an old fort that is a local land mark. The cyder will be produced in small batches, 50,000lt per annum would be a max in 1000lt IBC'S. Target market is middle class that can afford to pay a little more for premium product. Like the best wines, each year will be different flavour profile, depending on the weather and that is a good thing.
Target Market(s)
30-40 year old males that love great cider and will pay a premium for boutique, hand made, small batch, unique product. There are a few good smaller producers, but Bulmers has the lion share. Orchard Thieves is Heineken trying to tap into the market as a competitor. I think a small new brewery, 50,000lt per annum at full production is perfect.
