Logo Design Brief

Founders Pointe is an apartment complex located in Franklin, IN needing a new logo and brand guide. The property name is inspired by the founders of the city of Franklin. The naming of the city was suggested by Samuel Herriott who was an admirer of Benjamin Franklin. The logo should feel historic. Additional keywords: "colonial" and "presidential." The property is a new development which just broke ground this month.

Logos for the City of Franklin (https://www.franklin.in.gov/) and Franklin College (https://franklincollege.edu/) are provided as reference. A new brand guide for a different property from the same management company (Lauth) is also provided as reference. The management company has multiple properties with a gold, white, and royal blue color scheme. Franklin College also has a similar color scheme. This color scheme seems to be favored, but is not required. Furthermore, serif fonts seem to be sensible for the style direction, but are also not required.

Once the logo is finalized. A brand guide, similar to the reference provided, and a logo package will need to be delivered.
