I like the ideas being shared. I don't want the word "growth" as the centerpiece, rather what it symbolizes. I'd like Maysent Management Advisors as the logo, can be initials or the name, but with symbolism about evolving or growing.

I like the tree symbol and how it can be incorporated into the name of the coaching practice... either MMA or Maysent Management Advisors. Could MMA somehow be a tree? with the Maysent Management Advisors as a subtext?
