Logo Design Brief

We are relocating and updating our dental office to a more modern look and feel. I like our existing logo enough (previous DesignCrowd design) but want our new logo to be a more contemporary version of it, one that existing patients will still recognize, maybe something less detailed and more stenciled. I want it to be warm and inviting. Not cute. Not aggressive. Looking to maintain the circular logo and a green color scheme. Also, it's time for a new font -preferably something sans-serif to accommodate large, white, channel-letter signage to be placed over wood slats. Maybe lower case?
