T-shirt Design Brief

I would like to shirt design to represent collaboration from multiple teams (a red team, a blue team, a white team) so that all improve together against a common threat.

One design idea I had was a hawk or another bird whose feathers are red, white and blue and transitions to the body of the bird to be purple showing that all team types are coming together as a purple team, which represents collaboration.

I have attached a couple images for inspiration. I would like to have a cool design that stands out and makes people want to wear the shirt. I am not looking for a boring software shirt design. I am open to unique and clever ideas. Let me know if you have any questions.
