Logo Design Brief

The scope of design:
Incorporate the spelling of our fast food restaurant "Nini-Panini" into the logo. Similar in style to the Chick-fil-A logo but not using that style or design. The menu consists of panini style sandwiches, soups and salads. The restaurant locations will be similar to mall food courts, with food to go, and not a sit down restaurant.
The logo should be eye catching and stand out against other similar food court restaurants. The font and style is important with a fresh and modern feel. We want it to appear as corporate branding
