Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo designed for my small business.
The idea of the business is to assist older adults (65+) with fitness and therapy programs to maintain their independence for as long as physically possible. The programs will vary greatly for each client and will have an individualised program developed for them. The main idea is to keep moving, one foot in front of the other (Forward Horwood) no matter your speed, age, ability, motivation levels or previous physical activity level.
