Hello! Apologies for the delay in replying and thank you so much for replying - I have been away for a few days and did not get the opportunity to review the designs fully. I really like the idea of the tree in the background and the squid being integral to the roots etc. I think the level of detail with the squid is excellent but also it does not show it too boldly.
I did not like the other animals, they just do not go with the whole image imo, it looks too childish. I am not sure how to rectify this, perhaps representations of my family would be better rather than the animals themselves? I also feel that the background is too dark and lacking detail, the night sky with stars is nice but I am keen to avoid any completely filled in patches, I am looking for a highly intricate tattoo where every detail merges into others and it draws the eye accordingly.
