Logo Design Brief

Logo needed for an engineering business in Australia - equipment that moves powders around in manufacturing plants (e.g. flour, cement, sugar, sand, talc, coffee, gypsum). The key to working with powders is keeping things flowing, and minimizing dust! (however a little dust may look good in graphic design...)
We are looking for a simple, solid design that feels strong and reliable.
The text is the key component of the logo but a subtle graphic addition inspired by powders would be good. A raven bird may also provide some inspiration - but not in all designs (the business is not about ravens but the name is partly inspired by them)
We like these colours: black/charcoal/grey, dark teal, dark navy.
We will be using the logo for documents, website business cards and also t-shirts (embroidered).
