Graphic Design Brief

I am looking for a menu design with the following items . I would like a workable copy if possible so in the future we can change pricing on this file , or change items . This file will be uploaded on a USB drive and then plugged into a TV. Please ensure a JPEG file is included so this will also work on this TV.
