Flyer Design Brief

I want a brochure to market my services. I own RALI Design Services LLC. I specialize in Mechanical Design with HVAC Design being my
specialty. I also do Plumbing and Civil Design. I have a strong resume with over 30 years experience. I was the Lead Mechanical Designer and Cad Manager for the mechanical group at an Architectural Engineering company for over 10 years.

I would like a professional looking brochure to pass out to engineering offices. I am targeting over-load work, when an office is so busy they need temporary help. Special project. Freeing up the engineer with my experience and capability to work with little to no direction .

1. HVAC Design
a) Calculate cfm
b) Layout and route ductwork
c) Size Ductwork
d) Choose and Layout grilles, registers and diffusers
e) Choose equipment and locate on plans
f) Create HVAC Floor Plans, Sections, Details and Schedules

2. Plumbing Design
a) Layout and route plumbing
b) Size piping
c) Create Plumbing Floor Plans, Sections, Details and Schedules.
