Label Design Brief

This label was originally screen-printed. I would like it redesigned to fit a new rectangular paper label that will cover the screen-printed label of a different bottle than what was previously earmarked for a different product. I can easily resize the elements from the original label to fit the new size, but I would like to see some creative options for the new size. Show me what you've got!
Here are some guidelines:
New label must contain the butterfly and text "Swallowtail" in its existing font (that's our logo) the color is optional. It must also contain the barcode and all other text elements but font, style, size and color can change:
The Government warning text cannot be smaller. Style and font cannot change, but the justification can change.
The filigree does not have to stay.
The previous label was broken up into 3 panels. The new label will be one solid label encircling the bottle. The label size will be 10.5" x 5.5" (266.7 mm x 139.7 mm) AI template attached.
