We want a logo for our podcast. Our title is Blazing Ember which is how we found one of the Ember logos on the site. We wanted the flame to be similar to one we found on Canva - - I uploaded a screenshot. Our general artwork is based on an artist who gave us access to his artwork. Here is the piece we are using - - https://www.bricartsmedia.org/art-exhibitions/caf%C3%A9-mural-david-rios-ferreira-dont-you-see-i-got-everythin-you-need

We would like to capture some of the colors and have the words Blazing Embers be more of the colors in his art - - using the abstract flame in the M in Embers and N in Blazing with each letter having varying colors from his art (the palette of which you think works best). The term Podcast can maybe be in a bluish tone that matches his blue and we want to keep the background white. Sorry for so much information. If you have other ideas, please feel free to share them. Thank you so much.
Here is our why for the podcast: Understanding the unspoken rules and finding the right mentors is one of the biggest obstacles for Latinx people trying to advance in their careers. The importance of establishing leadership vision early in their careers and reminding themselves that success is possible in spite of obstacles is vital to their success in a less than perfect society.
The data is alarming, and speaks for itself, so we won’t present in detail as we see and live these statistics, but we aim to shed light on what the grassroots work looks like. Through this podcast, we will guide listeners on how to light that fire within you and your community; because every step is a step to change the future.
We are Latinas, mothers, daughters, lawyers, and leaders who want to make a difference.
During a speech to Latinx law students at Hofstra University in 1996, Justice Sonia Sotomayor stated: “The Latina in me is an ember that blazes forever.”
This podcast was born out of that truth and we hope you will join us as we fan those flames.
