Logo Design Brief

KargoWatch is a new tech start-up providing the trading community with better visibility into the movement of goods throughout the supply chain. We are seeking a new logo that is eye catching: The silhouette of an old sailor looking through a spyglass overlaid on a radar scope of the world is our current idea. Our technology and solutions help connect the dots, improve signal intelligence, and provide actionable insight and better decision making. I've uploaded some ideas for consideration. The sailor could be old, or a pirate, or even a skull with gears inside to convey our use of Artificial intelligence. We need something that is clearly techie related in the logo so our thought is to include or overlay the sailor and spyglass on top of a radar or sonar screen, GPS map layer, etc. This could also be done in a sailor jerry style (but don't forget to incorporate the techie requirement). We're open to color ideas so will leave it to the designers to make suggestions. The font should be futuristic. "KargoWatch" is one word but the 2 words should be slightly different color tones apart to highlight the 2 words in one name.
