Logo Design Brief

I'm looking to redesign Magic in the Sun Travel logo. We are a travel agency that specializes in Disney Destinations, but also plan a wide variety of other destinations. We tend to attract luxury travel clients, and desire to work in the high end travel market. I'd like a clean logo that will be easy to work with when adding to promotional items, custom itineraries, and on top of photos. I'd like to stay with the same general color scheme that we already have. There needs to be a space somewhere to customize the logo with an independent agent name.
