Logo Design Brief

We would like a logo that has a simple design. We would like the text to be around a image of a butcher knife, but instead of the top of the knife blade being flat, we would like it to feature the outline of a local mountain landmark (photo attached). Not too much color, black and white is okay, or dark blue, ecru, muted colors. We like the design of the logo below, but not the image in the center, something similar with the knife image would be great.
