Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a tshirt and hoodie business. My idea is to build a community around Ember Boys. An ember is a small piece of burning or smoldering wood or coal. The idea is that there is a fire and passion in the hearts of boys, that is waiting to catch flame. Maybe the fire was once there but not gone and with the right spark can burn again. There is a decrease in men going and graduating college and more men committing crimes or taking their life. Ember boys is the call back to the passion and flame. I uploaded a design I did on Canva. I really like the circle, but cant seems to make it look masculine or fit the idea of rising up from the embers
