Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our private practice dental office located in Pensacola, Florida. We do all aspects of dentistry but we are trying to focus on implant dentistry. We would like to use the colors blue and gray. We would like to incorporate a tooth and a dental implant in the logo.
We are changing our name from Advantage Dental Center. We would like a similar logo that we had previously in order to show patients and give them comfort that although we are changing our name we are still the same dentist running our dental practice.
