Logo Design Brief

I have started an investment banking/advisory business called Oakbourne Capital, based in New Zealand. I need a clean, simple, professional logo that stands out (i.e. is identifiable, not flashy). The business will be servicing the agriculture/horticulture/nature/climate-positive investment sectors. 'Oakbourne' comes from the name of our family farm.

Key points:
- needs to look good in black and white/greyscale
- 'Oakbourne' is the key word, 'Capital' is secondary so doesnt need to be as prominent.
- I like the idea of stylish clean font, with a simple icon-style logo above, however open to a custom font with no icon
- needs to be simple, not too intricate/busy (will be embroidered onto caps)
- I dont want an oak tree in the logo, however a stylised acorn could be ok (not necessary though)
