Logo Design Brief

We need a brand logo for a new motorsport group called 'Rio Campbell Motorsport' Currently this brand is focused on Go Karting, but will grow to other motor sporting classes over time.

The design should be an eye catching, concise logo: 'Rio Campbell Motorsport' with a main focus on the name 'Rio'.
The design should use one or more familiar Motorsport images, along with the logo text, i.e Go Kart, Go Kart Caricature, Helmet, Chequered Flags, Wheels, Flames. (I have also uploaded a photo of Rio in his driving suit and his Go Kart for reference).
This logo will be used on all business correspondence, marketing and sponsorship opportunities, as well as product branding and merchandise.
