Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new design consulting firm. We do instructional/learning design, instructional technology, curriculum development, grant writing, project management, and program evaluation. As a design thinker, I'm VERY focused on empathy and being a human-centered learning designer. I'm also interested in mindfulness, gratitude, kindness, connection, and doing good in the world. My style is "boho" but I don't want it to look childish or "flaky" with extremely exaggerated fonts that don't pass US accessibility filters. But I also don't want to look rigid and old with boring block letters. I also don't want to become obsolete immediately with super trendy colors or images - but see the palettes attached. I use a lot of navy for text and the green and dusty rose/mauve currently. I like trees, nature, plants, owls - that align to the boho feel (but am not married to this at all! I defer to your expertise!!); however, I generally train adult learners in higher education, so it must be professional with just a touch of whimsy. Simple, but clean and elegant. My mission statement talks about creativity, innovation, empathy, and human connection - that doesn't always align to boho, but hopefully you can see how to make those connect. I know a logo can't be all of these things and it's very hard to talk about the feeling I hope to capture, but I know you designers will likely get it!!
