Stationery Design Brief

Hi,

I need a logo design for a pencil!

The layout should be the company name followed by the logo and I would like it all colored black. The cross keys logo should be exactly the same as the picture attached except the handles of the keys should be round.

Please let me know what you can do and what price and how long it takes.
