Logo Design Brief

Design a company logo for a new company in Chicago, IL. Primary colors I would like to have in the design will be red and black, but open to other options. The company name is The REEL Chicago. The purpose of the company is to show the real side of Chicago and how beautiful of a city it is through videos, drone videos and pictures of the city and lakefront. I would like the EE in the logo to incorporate a reel of film if possible (with black and white as an option), but this is not a requirement.
