Software Lynx provides a white labeled, digital lending platform technology solutions to the mortgage industry via a SaaS model. Our target market is Mortgage Companies and Banks who are looking for innovative technology to assist both borrowers and loan originators with the lending process, while automating as much of he process as possible.

Software Lynx is our company name, and our modular software offerings Include the following Products:

1) Borrower Lynx: A customizable, web based, point-of-sale application for borrowers to complete a loan application, and guide them through the mortgage process.

POS Definition
"A point of sale (POS) is the client-facing software solution that allows borrowers to create a customer portal, apply for a loan online, and seamlessly submit needed documentation."

2) Mortgage Lynx: A Mortgage Loan Origination System

LOS Definition
"A Mortgage Loan Origination System (LOS) is a platform that takes a completed loan application and facilitates the mortgage transaction from origination to post closing. LOS systems may include document management, pricing and eligibility engines, and compliance tools to decrease risk and increase loan manufacturing quality.

3) Realty Lynx: A brandable, home search website

The LOS and POS definitions provided above are just for your understanding of what these products are, not to be included word-for-word as website content.

We are looking for designs that are elegant, convey technical competency, simple to navigate, and set us apart from the competition.

We are not set on any particular colors at this point, so feel free to choose the best colors for your particular designs.
