Logo Design Brief

I need a logo that can be embroidered on shirt/jacket chest area. The shirt/jacket will be navy blue or black. The logo should include an image of a long horn owl in flight with face coming at you. I have included an older logo that was used for a very different purpose. I’ve also attached a picture of a long horned owl that resides on my property.
