Logo Design Brief

We are a new company, we are mediating candidates and sending staff to our clients. Basic; we are connecting candidates and companies.
in the start-up phase, we focus on personnel in the port and industry. In the future we want to expand in different industries/ branches, message in the logo should be specifically about "connecting staff with customers/ clients".

We would like to see designs that use the colors orange and blue. Orange stands for determination, loyalty and energy. Blue stands for stability, trust and confidence. Orange also stands for the playful and blue stands for the formal.
We require one design for the icon, and the only variations are the text part, below you can find all the texts;
