Interesting! This is a very interesting project, but I can see that not so many people are submitting designs. If you are open to suggestions, I suggest you make the project a guaranteed project in order to make more designers work on your project. Cheers!

Now I am a little bit confused - Are you workning for the company?

I paid for the package, then added "top Designers" to the order in addition to "Quick turnaround"
The package is sold with the expextations of 40-60 designs.

Are you now trying to upsell to me another option on top of what I already paid for in order to meet your own given expectations towards me as your customer?

I have used many reasourses in the past with your competitors with much better results. I desided to give your company a try - but if this is the case - if you are trying to up-sell to me an option to get more designs - then you have not only lost a potential regular customer, you will also get the wort reviews on every platform I can find where I can rate you and advice others to stay away from your company.

Oh no, I'm sorry it's a big misunderstanding. I am in no way related to the company, I'm just one of the many freelance designers here.

I was just interested in your project and was planning to submit some designs. I saw that you are very generous with your rewards with little designers submitting their designs. So I thought of helping you out to make more out of your endeavors.

Because, you see there are times when we designers have been regene of payments especially after submitting designs to unguaranteed projects. There were times when the client would suddenly take back the money after getting the designs. I hope you understand that I have the best intentions when I typed my comment and sorry that it didn't sound well to you.

I am not upselling you anything as I think you won't have to pay any additional amount to make the project guaranteed. And maybe I am wrong in that but I do hope you understand.

Then I am sorry as well - as you stated, a huge misunderstanding.
What do I have to do to make this a guaranteed project?

No please, no need to apologize. It was my mistake. I am not privy on the methods on how to make a project guaranteed since I haven't tried commissioning project because I'm usually on the other side of the coin. Sorry for that, but I think the customer support would gladly help you with that question.

I am sorry for not responding to your designs in time.
I have had work overload for the past few days.
I will revisit all designs tomorrow and comment and answer your comments.

To all Designers - I see that many of you have not read the "Attachment" included in the project.
The size of the book is 21x21 cm. and far to many designs are not in that ratio (1x1).
If you want me to consoder your design when choosing a winner I would reccomend that you revisited that particular request.
