T-shirt Design Brief

My clothing line targets the industrial workers of America. I need a life-like design of a pickup truck that is a little jacked up, with mud tires, and a gang box in the back. Maybe a beer bottle on the back bumper. The box should be secured with a ratchet strap. The box should have various stickers on it including one that says "PLANT TRASH" in all caps. The box should have a hard hat laying on top of it. The angle and shape of truck, and the size and shape of box should be pretty close to the attached picture. No real brand names should be on the design. An industrial plant, such as a power plant in the background of the picture is a plus. There should be words that say "I'll Catch You On" above the truck, and "The Next One" below the truck (minus the quotation marks). The whole phrase is "I'll Catch You On The Next One", but i want to split the phrase up and put half on the top and half on the bottom of the design, if that makes sense.
