Logo Design Brief

- This is a new General Contracting company that focuses on building modern residential projects.
- The name of the company is “Gramercy Builders” (full name is Gramercy Builders LLC, but we won’t use LLC in logo).
- "Gramercy" means an expression of gratitude or surprise
- We would like to have a logo that is likely monochromatic (Black and White). We would also like various versions for different uses (i.e. white logo on dark background, and dark logo on white background)
- Likely incorporating a stylized letter “G” similar to the downloaded image… but we don’t want to limit creativity
- The brand “feel” should be… Strong (construction industry), Modern, Sophisticated but not pretentious
