Logo Design Brief

This logo is for Razell Smart. We are doing a DBA with Northwestern Mutual. He does investments, and life and disability insurance. The design I attached Razell liked but it doesn't follow the regulations of Northwestern Mutual. I have attached the regulations. He was hoping to have a bull as the mascot, but we couldn't figure out how to add it with regulations. He likes the yellow as well.
