I have a mobile app that surveys/measures a person's well-being, happiness, state of mind, thoughts, etc. The idea of "checking a box" or checking responses to a series of questions "check" - a check mark or confirmation is the visual to project around my company's name of BBA
a box (check box) or circle is desired - GREEN AND BLUE colors required MAYBE with a black or deep orange "check" inclusion is a thought/design
