Flyer Design Brief

I need marketing flyer created for distribution. It is for a pediatric clinic. Need some realistic eye catching design and content. I already have a logo that will go on top of the flyer. I will be using vistaprint for flyer print service. So need it copyable for printing. Again, need eye catching content as well. We are planning on opening the clinic in December.
