Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a rebranded fitness and nutrition coaching website called "Intrnal Fit". (The spelling is correct. It's internal without the "e") I have three products including coaching, a workout app, and online courses. This logo should come in black and white options and should communicate motivation and confidence. I'd like it to be able to go on a t-shirt and fit in with current fitness fashion trends.
