Logo Design Brief

We are in need of a logo redesign for our Live Event Entertainment Production Company. To get a feel for the services we provide , please visit our website at www.stargazerproductions.com ( This website is going through a complete redesign as logos are completed). We want the logo to include stars( think celestial and space, not clip art ) . We would also like it to include beams of theatrical light ( think spotlight or bally hoo lights etc). The color scheme should be midnight Blue and Metallic Gold. The words to help describe us are: Entertainment, Sophisticated, Theatrical, High End, Classy, Professional. I have a n old logo attached along with a business card. We need a square Version and a Linear Version as well as possibly a logo initial version with "SP" and the tagline etc.
