Graphic Design Brief

I need someone to take the following photo and add words to it in a way where it looks like a professional cover for a printed booklet.

The size of the book is landscape 6X9… 9 being the horizontal length ... there is a 1/4 inch safe zone around the photo that can't contain words.

I need the following words on it somehow as well as the attached logo
