Logo Design Brief
I am looking a logo for a community band and have no preconceived idea as to how it should look. I cannot even imagine if it should be simple and abstract or something complex. I wish I could give more guidance but I cannot other than to say I do not want some hackneyed old musical them. It has to be distinctive and memorable to the public.
It can say "Northwest Concert Band", just the initials NCB for NWCB, or nothing. Should it have text, I would like to use that text elsewhere.

We are a wind ensemble without any strings. Several of you submitted excellent designs which had, unfortunately, stringed instruments like violins and guitars. I do not want our viewers to think we are an orchestra and not a concert band. Please keep this in mind when submitting. Thanks.
