Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a kitchen and bath remodeling company called "Affinity Renovation Services" with the tagline "Meeting your deadline. Exceeding your expectations." The logo should be classy but not feminine. Preferred colors are blue and silver, but the silver needs to translate well to a matte look when foil printing is not an option. Please no cliche looks with hammers or houses.
