Postcard Design Brief

We need to design product insert cards in bags with food to be delivered to the customer. The cards will be 5 x 7 postcards. We know what words and elements we want on the card, but need help in designing it. We have a sample/draft (attached) of what we want it to look like but are not married to the idea and are open to a completely different direction
