do you want it to be shaded and detailed or like the style of the second reference you added. in silhouette style?
and one last thing. what will be the size of the tattoo you will make?

I would like the spade, flowers and intails to be styled like the first picture. However the inside of spade more similar to the second picture (skull, arrow, axe and knife). Shaded and detailed on outside, silhouette style on the inside :) size will be smaller, on the peck/chest, probably around 4-5 inches I think! Hope that helps!
