Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new bagel shop we're opening in California. The bagels are classic NY style bagels (but we DON'T want NY or NY style in words in the logo design). We uploaded a picture (same picture - one with background and one without background) which we may want to incorporate into the logo design, but it isn't a requirement (if we like a logo without the picture, so be it).
