We work with people who struggle with post traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety etc and want therapy that offers them relief. EMDR and other psychosomatic therapies are body and mind oriented. Talk therapy has limited results. We embrace the whole self in helping people move toward relief, happiness and healing.
