Logo Design Brief

My company works with restaurants and large manufacturing plants writing their food safety plans. The plans we offer are more niche than competitors as me and my team are Chefs first, so we understand not just how the products are made - but have made them too. I chose Alpha as for years I have been behind the scenes working with some of the best clients in the country. I want the representation of the company to be an "Alpha Wolf". I am looking for a sleek, modern look. I like fine details in a logo. I have attached ideas that I like for inspiration.
