Regarding the questions: I don't quite understand what style of brand you are looking for. The logo of Spain confuses me even more.
I also want to clarify: Is the contest only for the logo? or do you expect to receive the entire brand entity (business card, email signature, stationery, brand manual) Thank you!

I believe we cant write each other in private unless the designer submits a proposal.
